Forsan High School students have been putting in the practice time for the upcoming UIL season.
This past weekend, a handful of UIL competitors traveled to Texas Tech to take part in the Texas Tech UIL Academic Meet.
Students competed in Spelling, Ready Writing, News, Feature, and other categories. Several of the students ended up placing in the top six, in their respective categories.
Students will have an opportunity to take part in another practice meet in Tahoka before heading to the first level of competition in the Spring.
