Students and staff at Forsan ISD had an opportunity to experience the 2024 Solar Eclipse. KBest Media and other local businesses donated eclipse glasses to Forsan and other area schools.
Elementary students gathered outside the elementary building with staff to experience the event. Junior High and High School students, staff and administration gathered on the Roger Hudgins football field and watched the progression take place.
Staff and students experienced not only the visual impact of the eclipse, but also noticed the small shift in temperatures during the event.
