Ready ... set ... Turkey Trot!
Forsan Elementary students took part in a Turkey Trot this year.
Students put their endurance and their speed to the test as they raced around the elementary school. During the race, parents, family members, fellow students and staff lined the course to cheer them on.
A few of the parents and staff joined in the run to help encourage the students and push them to give their all and finish the race.
A "turkey" or two even joined in the race added a little festive cheer to the event.
