A signing day ceremony was held in the Forsan High School cafeteria on Wednesday. Family and peers, coach and members of the Forsan community gathered around to celebrate this next step in her educational and athletic career.
Throughout high school she has been putting in the work and doing what she can do to keep getting better. After graduation Tubb will be heading out to continue pursuing her love for softball and refining her skills at Western Texas College.
"I am very excited that I have been given the opportunity to continue my softball journey. I want to thank God, all of my coaches, teammates, family and friends, who all helped me reach my goal. I could not have done it without them," Bree Tubb, Forsan senior and softball players, said.
Her mom and dad were by her side as she signed her commitment papers to WTC.
"We are excited to see our baby girl start this next chapter. We are very proud and thankful that she has been given this opportunity, " Brenda and Brian Tubb, said.
